Children: Children 15 or older with parental supervision at all times are welcome. (FYI - only 2 people per room due to the County Fire Mashal Guidelines.  All rooms have King Beds)

Rates and Occupancy: Rates listed are for Single or Double Occupancy.  Bend has a total of 8% room tax, which will be added to room charges.  7% is Local County Tax, and 1% is State Bed Tax.  It will read on your confirmation as a 1% sales tax.....when in fact it is the Bed Tax.  

Reservation Requirements: Credit Card information is required when reserving a room.  If you cancel your reservation 15 days or less before scheduled arrival time, a $55.00 fee will be charged to the credit card you used to make the reservation.  If using a Cabin Creek Gift Certificate, please contact us at 888-572-5856 when scheduling your stay.

Cancellation Policy: We require a 7 day notice. If you cancel with less notice, we will try to re-rent the room and if we can re-rent it, you will not be charged any further fees. If we can not re-rent the room, you will be charged for 1/2 your scheduled stay or one night, whichever is greater, less the late cancellation fee of $55.00.

Minimum Stay: No minimum stay except on Holiday week-ends.  Two night minimum stay applies on Holiday week-ends, and the Sisters Quilt Show. 

Breakfast:  Beverages are available at 7:00 a.m. each morning.  A full hot breakfast is served at 8:30 a.m.  If you are needing a different time for breakfast, just let Melody know at time of check-in.   

Smoking: This is a non-smoking establishment.

Pets: Due to allergies and guests preferences, we do not allow pets under any circumstance.  

Check In: 4:00 – 6:00 p.m. If you would like an earlier time, just let us know when making the reservation, or at least 24 hours in advance. If you arrive early or after 6:00 p.m. without arrangements, we might not be here to greet you, so please check in during the advertised hours unless you've made arrangements with us.
